"The sales man was very helpful. He was about the 10th person I saw, and compared to everyone else he got straight to the point and did not give inflated prices. I did have a little problem with one on the windows when it was installed, and he promptly came back out, reordered the window and fixed the window. The windows are wonderful. There is no sound, no draft, and they look very nice as well!"

"It went well. The first two first two vendors I talked with were only interested in selling me their top of the line windows. The Empire salesman listened and showed me several double pane models in the lesser expensive categories but still of high quality. They even offer a discount if you decide that evening. After enduring the first two companies' pitches and estimates, that worked fine for me. The installation took only a half day and the installers cleaned up everything well and walked me through their operation and maintenance. Most of the windows were framed by a lot of natural stained woodwork and to my surprise nothing was scratched! Everything looks good and works well."
